hair
Aside from that, it is not just hair vitamins and minerals that are needed to ensure that a person has healthy, strong hair. Researchers have found that there are direct links between the overall health of a person and the condition of their hair. If a person is under a lot of stress or suffers from a lack of sleep then their hair is also likely to suffer and it is likely that their diet will not provide enough hair vitamins to counter these effects. Hair vitamin and mineral supplements can be the solution to weak and damaged hair.
protein
Protein is another essential hair vitamin. This is because hair itself is essentially made up of protein. The amount of protein that a person consumes in their diet can affect the hair directly. If a lot of protein is included in a person’s diet then this hair vitamin will lead to improved hair growth and more fuller hair. If a person’s diet lacks protein, it may lead to thinning of hair and slow hair growth.
essential part
The most essential hair vitamin is vitamin A but the best form of this is to include in the diet is beta-carotene. This is because vitamin A can be toxic if consumed in large quantities but beta-carotene has no such problems and is converted by the body into vitamin A that can be used to promote healthy hair. Of course, vitamin A is not just a hair vitamin, it is also needed for a number of other functions including maintaining healthy eyesight, normal growth of bones, skin, nails and the protective sheath surrounding nerve fibres.
vitamins
Some of the most important hair vitamins include B6, biotin, inositol and folic acid. Those vitmins can be found on some food supplements. It is not just hair vitamins that are necessary for healthy hair though as there are a number of minerals that are essential such as magnesium, sulphur, silica and zinc.
Hair Vitamins
There are several hair vitamins and minerals that can help a person to have healthy hair. If a person lacks those hair vitamins he/she might experience thinning of hair or even total baldness in the most severe cases due to this deficiency. The fact is that the state of a person’s hair reflects the overall condition of their body. Extra hair vitamins are likely to be needed if a person is generally undernourished as their hair will show damage too and may even stop growing.

Tom DeLay
Thomas Dale "Tom" DeLay ( born April 8, 1947) is a former member of the United States House of Representatives, representing Texas's 22nd congressional district from 1984 until 2006. He was Republican Party (GOP) House Majority Leader from 2003 to 2005, when he resigned because of criminal money laundering charges in a campaign finance investigation for which he was convicted on November 24, 2010.
DeLay began his career as a politician in 1978 when he was elected to the Texas House of Representatives. In 1985, he became a born-again Christian. In 1988, after just a few years in the U.S. House, DeLay was appointed Deputy Minority Whip. In 1994 he helped Newt Gingrich effect the Republican Revolution, which gave the Republicans the victory in the 1994 midterm election and swept Democrats from power in both houses of Congress, putting Republicans in control of the House of Representatives for the first time in forty years. In 1995, he was elected House Majority Whip.
With the Republicans in control of both chambers in Congress, DeLay, along with Gingrich and conservative activist Grover Norquist, helped start the K Street Project, an effort to advance Republican ideals. DeLay was elected House Majority Leader after the 2002 midterm elections. In the eyes of some Democrats, he was renowned for his enforcement of party discipline and retribution against those who did not support the legislative agenda of President George W. Bush. On policy issues, not just political strategy and tactics, DeLay was known as one of Capitol Hill's fiercest, staunchest conservatives during his years in Congress, earning very high marks from conservative interest groups (e.g., business, gun rights, pro-life) and very low marks from liberal ones (e.g., civil liberties, labor unions, environmental protection).
